Registration for Spring 2009 courses is now open.

Twenty-nine courses, all taught by Calvary's resident faculty, are available. Beginning this spring, Hebrew Syntax and Hebrew Exegesis will be taught separately, allowing students the option of taking the courses in two different years. M.A.C.M. students needing to take Educational Ministries of the Church should register for the course this semester.

Highlights for advanced students include the following:

• Steve Horine's Social Justice and Old Testament Ethics examines the topics of poverty, equality, justice, evil, and goodness as found throughout the Old Testament, focusing particularly on Job and the Song of Solomon.

Registration for Interterm 2009 courses is now available.

Eight courses are available this January, including a practical ministry simulation (offered through the Summit Center), two D.Min.-only courses, four standard M.A./M.Div.-level courses, and a study trip to Israel. Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary hosted its first regional alumni fellowship in Clearwater, Florida, Tuesday, September 23. Twenty-two alumni and wives were in attendance. Attendees included several of graduates who teach at Clearwater Christian College as well several others who are planting the Gathering Pointe Church in Pasco County, Florida.
