Students may change between Master of Divinity, Special Student, and Certificate of Graduation programs without reapplying to seminary. The form Application to Change Programs (available upon request in the Seminary office, by e-mail, or by download) is used to initiate this process. Students making application to change programs will be notified by letter of the decision on their program change.

A Certificate of Graduation student who completes a baccalaureate degree and desires to change to the Master of Divinity program must complete the Application to Change Programs form and have all official transcript(s) sent to the seminary; the student's initial application will then be reconsidered with the transcript(s) as an application to the Master of Divinity program.

Note: There is no mechanism for changing between programs of different levels (i.e., Master of Theology to Doctor of Ministry or Master of Divinity to Master of Theology). A student who wishes to change between programs of different levels must make a full reapplication to the seminary.
