Students whose application for admission is incomplete by the time of registration may be provisionally accepted. However, all documentation related to their seminary application must be received by the last day of the regular semester in which they first enroll. Failure to meet this end-of-semester deadline will cause the student to be ineligible for enrollment in the next term (whether that term be summer, fall, interterm, or spring). For college students who have completed their junior year and have been provisionally accepted, the end-of-semester deadline does not apply until their college graduation.

A student taking courses solely by video may take one video course under provisional acceptance. The student may not take subsequent courses, whether by video or in residence, until full acceptance has been granted.

International students may not be provisionally accepted into any program of study.
