Location
All conference sessions will be held on the campus of Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary and Calvary Baptist Church : 1380 S. Valley Forge Rd. , Lansdale , PA 19446-4797 , (215) 368-7538, ext. 101.
Directions: Exit #31 on the Northeast Extension (I-476) of the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Take Sumneytown Pike east (approximately 2 miles) to Valley Forge Rd. and turn left. CBC is on the left.

Registration
Registration is $70.00 per person prior to February 9, 2004 , and $75.00 after February 9, 2004 . The spouse of a registrant may pay $30.00 to register. Conference cost includes all workshops notes, a notebook, and coffee breaks. Mail registration form and fees payable to:

Meals
Lunch and snacks will be available for purchase on the premises Wednesday and Thursday. Six restaurants are located directly across the street from the seminary, and many others are in the immediate vicinity.

Shuttle service
Shuttle service from the Philadelphia International Airport must be arranged in advance with the Conference Coordinator.
