It is the Seminary's desire to make ministry preparation financially feasible for all students. As such, a large percentage of each student's education is underwritten by outside donors; tuition and fees represent only one part of the total financial package needed to provide a quality education to the student body. Out of respect to these outside supporters, students must do their part by bringing their own financial support to the seminary in a timely and consistent manner. While the seminary may choose not to admit students whose bills are not kept current, CBTS also desires to develop flexible and compassionate payment schedules for those under extreme financial duress. Students in need of such special consideration should seek the guidance of the Dean.

Financial charges are due and payable at registration. If special arrangements are made for monthly payments and such payments are late, a late payment fee will be assessed. All fees must be paid in full prior to graduation. Fees and tuition are subject to change without notice.
