Students planning to graduate within the next one or two semesters: Please complete an Application for Graduation (available in the downloads section). The registrar's office provides the following services to the seminary community:
- Transcripts

- Degree audits
- Student records
- Academic advising (in conjunction with the dean)
- Admissions counseling
- Admissions processing
- New student relocation advising
- Administrative support to the dean and president
- Statistical resources, including Clery Act statistics (see below)
- International students
- Video student facilitation

Responses to requests for transcripts and degree audits may usually be expected within the standard work week.
